We have a great group of resources who are all important members of our team and when we look to fill our positions we seek only exceptional candidates.

Make no mistake that while working with us is a lot of fun it's also a lot of hard-work.  Our owners and managers have the highest expectations and require each resource to be 100% engaged at all times during their working hours.

While our positions will challenge you, you should know that we put an emphasis on growth and always look to promote from within.  As well, we believe in team building and we do some fun stuff together along the way, such as attending baseball games, bowling nights, and movie nights just to mention a few.

You should consider applying to work at the Athletic Club if..

1. You love interacting with dogs and people equally.
2. You want to challenge yourself on an daily basis.
3. You perform well in high-pace stressful situations.
4. You fully understand that there will be times when you may have to work unexpected hours, with short notice.
5. You understand and are not put off by the fact that you may be required to work holidays and weekends (including major holidays).
6. You meet all of our candidate requirements

1. You're just looking for work, any work.
2. You would be uncomfortable in a work environment where you will get dirty.
3. You're not a team player, not reliable, or aren't interested in a possible career in dog services.
4. You need constant direction, or you feel uncomfortable without rigid structure.
5. You feel uncomfortable working in an environment where your responsibilities will change from day to day, every employee must be ready to do any job at any time.
6. You're uncomfortable working at a job that is very physically demanding.
