Candidate Requirements
We know there are a lot of great candidates out there, and we know some
of these great people don't meet all of our requirements. Unfortunately, in
order for us to manage all the applications we receive we must have some
criteria and for that reason you must meet every requirement listed
below. Sorry, no exceptions.
Every person we hire becomes an important member of our team.

We only hire candidates who we believe will be long-term members of
our team and are capable of contributing positively to our business. Our
resources define our business.
Interested candidates must meet the following criteria in order to
qualify for an interview:
- Comfortable with dogs of all sizes (able to handle two large dogs at
one time)
- Be athletic (marathon, triathlon, track, or sports
team experience a plus!)
- Weather resilient
- Dirt resilient
- Have no criminal record
- Hold U.S. citizenship or legal working documents
- Hold an undergraduate degree or higher (or currently pursuing a
degree)
- We're a 24/7 operation so your must be willing to have flexible
hours, including holidays.
- Able to commit to a minimum of a five-month contract
