Seth
The founder of Running Paws, Inc. Seth is an avid runner who loves dogs. Seth enjoys working with puppies and true beginners that need additional attention due to lack of exercise experience. Seth holds an MBA from Pace University.

Josh
An enthusiastic athlete who competed in a semi-professional basketball tournament in Santiago, Chile where his team took the bronze (December 2003).
While Josh enjoys working with athletic dogs of all sizes his primary focus
is currently working with puppies and their owners. Josh graduated in 1997 from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Marissa: Manager
Marissa was a runner for over a year on upper west side and now manages Running Paws. She’s from Layton Utah and attended Weber State University where she studied playwriting. Last year she completed the New York City Marathon and has run 2 other marathons.

Libra: Upper West Side
Ready, Set, Go! Libra walks faster than most people run and when she runs... lets just say dogs need to be in good shape. Currently attending the 'Blade Dance Academy' in NYC, we're confident Libra is a rising star. By the way, dogs are quick to confide in Libra because of her caring personality.

Gregorio: Upper East Side 70’s
Gregorio is a classically trained musician originally from Columbia. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Berklee College (Boston) of music where he had a scholarship. He's performed with many Grammy Award Winners and is excited to be here in New York pursuing his music career. Gregorio is an avid runner and dog lover.

Joe: Upper West Side 90’s
Joe is originally from California. There he worked in Lake Tahoe as a snowboard instructor during the winter and dock hand at the marina in the summer. He enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities including extreme hiking and trail running. He's in excellent shape. Be prepared to come home to some tired pups!

Natalie: SoHo
Natalie just moved to the city from Belize where she was music and English teacher. She is enrolled at Columbia University perusing her master’s degree in Music and Music Education. She’s completed many marathons and half marathons and just finished the Marshall Marathon in November. She's excited to train with your dogs. I hope they can keep up!

Artemus: Upper East Side 80’s and 90’s
Artemus is a songwriter and worked as a personal trainer with Bally Total Fitness. He’s owned German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, and currently owns an Akita. With his background in physical fitness, and large dogs you will see he is a perfect fit for our team. In addition to being familiar with dogs of all shapes and sizes, he has recently lost 100 lbs, and looks forward to losing more weight running your dogs!

Jenny: Chelsea
Jenny is originally from Binghamton and she is a recent graduate of Wesleyan University with a master's in anthropology. She ran cross country in high school, and with her own dog previously. We feel her wonderful personality and her true love of running will make your dogs happy campers!

Jerry: The West Village
Jerry is originally from Texas, where he had a greyhound he ran with every day. He is an avid runner, and in his down time he is a novelist, working on his third novel. We know that he will do well with your dogs, and will give them a great workout.

Seth: Midtown East
Seth is a New Yorker. He has worked as a professor in several established universities across the country including Yale. In addition to being a scholar, he is also an author. His love for New York brought him back, and his desire to run with dogs (he's ran several marathons) led him to us! He’s writing a novel and an academic book we are happy to have him run your dogs.

Elsie: Upper West Side 70’s
Elsie is currently attending NYU to earn a Masters degree in Public Health. She recently moved from North Carolina, to attend school, where she ran varsity cross country and track for four years during high school. She has completed several 5ks, and is looking forward to more marathon training while running your dogs! With her running background and love for dogs you will see she is a perfect fit for our team.

Krista: Upper West Side 60’s
Krista just moved here from California and who better than your dogs to give her a big New York welcome. She is going to NYU getting her Masters in TESOL. She just finished a summer working as an English teacher in the Marshall Islands. Krista's an avid runner, completing a half marathon this May and training for a Marathon this next spring.

John: Upper East Side 60’s
John is originally from Georgia. He attended Berklee College of Music in Massachusetts, where here received his B.A in professional music. Before he went to college he had two dogs, and loves all dogs as if they were his own! He’s super fast runner and will get your pups into shape.

Gina: Battery Park
Gina is a Battery Park resident, so she knows the area well! Gina recently moved back to the city from Tucson. She's studying massage therapy and is a certified yoga instructor. So while your pups are in downward dog she can give them a Shiatsu massage! Gina has a Boxer/Dalmatian mix named Bruno who she runs daily, so she has personal experience in keeping dogs fit.

Patrick: Gramercy Park
Patrick is a long time New Yorker and lives in the Union Square area with his wife. He recently sold a small business and was excited to start working Running Paws because running with dogs sounded like a dream job. He's a dog lover, owning two himself. He is also an avid runner, completing many marathons, including the Boston Marathon.

Nicholas: Tribeca
Nicholas is a NYU Grad student in mathematics currently working on a research project for the Center for Atmosphere and Ocean Science. Nicholas is a serious runner and was an all star in track and cross country. He’s thrilled to have some four legged running buddies.

Tom: Substitute
Tom is an award winning artist with experience in film, music, computer design and comic book production. He was involved in track and field and cross country and we’re happy to have him as our substitute runner. Growing up in Israel Tom always had a dog and he can’t wait to get to know all your dogs.

Kelerie: Substitute
Kelerie is originally from Utah. She has her Masters in Social Work from Boston University. When she’s not running dogs she can be found volunteering for local recycling programs or in a Bikram Yoga class. She is an animal lover and marathon runner.

Jen: Substitute
Jen is originally from Georgia and came to New York to study at the Mannes College of Music, playing the unusual instrument, the theremin. She ran her first marathon in 2006, and is gearing up for her next one with the help and training of all your pups! We feel her wonderful personality and her true love of running will rub off on your dogs.

Petra: Substitute
Petra joins us all the way from the Czech Republic. This amazing multilingual was a professional tennis player in the Czech Republic, has a black belt in Karate and participates in extreme skiing. She recently finished a 16K from Paris to Versailles. Petra ran across the world to give your dogs a workout!

Matt: Lower East Side
Matt is our fantastic Lower East Side runner as well as a phenomenal saxophone player. He studied saxophone at the University of Rhode Island as well as the
Berkeley College of Music. Even with his busy schedule being a freelance musician and running dogs, he still has time to run marathons.
